    Our property is 600 Sq.M having Four Bed rooms attached with large bathrooms, A huge Lobby,Dinning hall with powder room and a Kitchen where your meals are prepared

    The mobile phone signals at our property are relatively good.
  • 3. Do you allow pets?
    Oops! No, pets are not permitted at our property.
  • 4. Will someone be available at the property when I reach there?
    Yes, representatives will be present to welcome you together with housekeeping and service staff as they live inside the premises.
  • 5. What are the indoor activities provided to the guests?
    There are many indoor activities provided to the guests.This Includes,Carom,Tambola,Dart,and many other board games like chess, as well as card games
  • 6. Is the tariff inclusive of GST shown on MMT, Airbnb & other booking platforms?
    No, all booking platforms show price without GST (Do check for Offers & Discounts on MMT and Airbnb and all other on line travel agency portals.
  • 7. What are the check-in/check-out timings?
    Standard check-in time is 3 PM to 6.PM and check-out time is latest by 11 AM.
  • 8. Maximum number of people who can stay at the Villa?
    We can accommodate with base occupancy 9 adults with maximum up to 15 adults
  • 9. Will I be served Non-Vegetarian food at the Villa?
    Yes we served all Vegetarian / Non-Vegetarian /Jain / Chinese / Kumaoni food. as per ala carte
  • 10. Are there any restaurants near and on the way to Vibhasa?
    While coming to our Villa you'll find McDonald's, KFC, Subway, Bikanerwala Sagar Ratna and Starbucks any many more as per your choice
  • 11.Are Toileteries are provided at Villa?
    Yes,Offcourse complimentary world class toiletries with a brand name Kimirica is provided,which includes fresh towels also
  • 12.Are Bonfire and Barbeque is available at Villa?
    Yes,both are available on demand
  • 13.Is Villa is Govt approved?
    Yes,Vibhasa is approved from Ministry of Tourism and only Villa in Kumaon region which have approved Fssai registration from Food Department,Govt of india
  • 15.Is Villa is having Security camera ,Fire fighting extinguishers,and care takers?
    Yes,Villa is totally secured by having outside security cameras,fire fighting extinguishers. There are Two care takers for your service requirement and house keeping.and a well experinced /qualified chef 24x7 for your needs
