Strictly Non Refundable,once booking is Confirmed from Vibhasa.

In Medical Emergency Refund will be made after deduction of 20% (Excluding Taxes plus Service charges) after providing valid Medical Report seven days prior to Check in date.No refund after that.
 

Refund
 

Refunds only through cash/cheque/bank transfer for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.

Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 10-15 working days.

Credit/debit card refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
Vibhasa reserves the right to make changes to your room selection. If your room is downgraded,the difference will be refunded
